What is the difference between a program manager and a project manager?
A project manager handles the end to end execution of a single project. A program manager, on the other hand, handles multiple projects at the same time, working closely with the business, to ensure significant strategic benefits are achieved.
How will learning about program management help me in my career?
The skills you learn in a program management course will be invaluable as you grow and take on more and more responsibility.
